If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures or video proof.

Returns & Exchanges:
• Returns or exchanges are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
• Products must be unused and in original packaging.

Non-returnable items:
• Personal care items
• Baby care items (for hygiene reasons)
• Used or opened products

Cash on Delivery orders are not eligible for refund once delivered.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
